UPDATED: Pedestrian struck by bus at Lebreton Flats |

A woman was hit by an OC Transpo bus late Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Wellington and Booth streets, near Lebreton Flats station Ottawa Police Service Sgt. Rick Giroux said.
She is conscious and breathing, Giroux said, adding that although she has only sustained “minor scrapes and bruises,” police have taken her to hospital as a precaution.
Police received the call just before 6 p.m., he said. Police left just before 7 p.m. after clearing up the scene.
Giroux said he has no information about how the pedestrian was hit.
