Video: Ceremony commemorates Chinatown arch advocates

A ceremony today in Chinatown honoured those that helped make the royal arch dream a reality in Ottawa. They left their handprints in wet cement at the base of what will be ornate lamposts that will illuminate the beautiful arch.
